Hi, I'm Dawn Bell and I run Body Blitz Fitness consisting of a variety of classes within the local community of Yoxall and surrounding area. Classes are suitable for all ages and abilities, for men and women.
Some of the sessions I am currently teaching include Interval Training, Total Toning (Legs Tums & Bums), Young at Heart 50+ Lo Impact Aerobics and mixed ability Aerobics.
All participants are encouraged to work to their own level and ability whilst achieving an excellent overall workout. You will feel more energised, healthier and fitter but more importantly have FUN whilst achieving your goal!

About Me
DAWN BELL - RSA Level 1 & NVQ Level 2
I have been in the fitness industry for over 27 years teaching classes mainly in Yoxall Village Hall and other halls locally. I am passionate about delivering classes to the local communities where some people do not have easy access to the bigger gyms and leisure centres.
I also like my classes to feel welcoming and inviting to new people whom may feel a little overwhelmed by joining a fitness class. All my classes are friendly, fun and have a social feel to them but still giving you an excellent workout.
I am RSA Level 1 and NVQ Level 2 qualified and teach a variety of classes to suit all ages and abilities. I regularly attend workshops/courses, fitness weekends and follow the fitness trends online to keep my knowledge and ideas up to date.
I have continuously attended First Aid Courses and CPR Training in face to face courses as well as continually updating my first aid skills by doing online courses via St John's Ambulance. I have a Certification in "Teaching Group Fitness Classes & Teens in Schools" and an NOCN Level 2 "Get Fit for Life" qualification incorporating Exercise, Stress & Nutrition/Weight Management.
