CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
YOUNG AT HEART 50+
A great motivating easy to follow low impact aerobic class suitable for the more mature person or people new to exercise. An excellent way to improve your stamina, mobility & strength.
Please note that chairwork part of the class at the end is currently not taking place. The class is mainly an aerobic class with small amounts of standing toning work incorporated.

CARDIO HIIT Interval Training

An intense cardio workout designed to blast away calories through a series of challenging moves in timed intervals. An ultimate fat burning workout that gets results FAST!
Class suitable for all ages & abilities as low impact moves can be offered instead of high impact. Work to your own level.

FLEXIBLE STRENGTH
A slow controlled class combining a mix of yoga, pilates and strength training movements to increase your strength and flexibility. Work to your own ability with options given for harder and easier moves. Waken up the muscles, lengthen & strengthen up and leave the class feeling invigorated and worked.

A FUN energetic combination of aerobic exercise to burn calories & toning to work your body to the full.
Work to your own level or add optional "HI impact" moves for the ultimate workout.
